Not sure which fund to choose? Here is a quick guide to what each fund supports.
The Hills Church exists to win, train, and send the Midwest for Christ. Your tithes and offerings directly fund every aspect of that mission — from Sunday services and pastoral care to outreach and discipleship. Giving to the General Fund is the primary way your generosity keeps the church moving forward week after week.
The Building Fund supports the ongoing financial health of our facility — paying down debt, maintaining and repairing what we have, and saving for future improvements that allow us to grow. Giving here is a long-term investment in the space where life change happens every week.
Donations to the missions fund are tax-deductible and support a church-sponsored trip where ministry will be performed. While you may designate a participant, all donations are irrevocable and unconditional, remain under The Hills Church's full discretion and control, and are given to support the trip as a whole rather than any individual participant.

Why We
Give
The Bible teaches that the tithe — a tenth — belongs to the Lord. We bring our tithes to God's house as an act of obedience and worship. Offerings are what we give above the tithe: a reflection of our gratitude and trust in God's provision.
Through tithes and offerings, the mission of the church moves forward — reaching people with the gospel, equipping disciples, and impacting lives for eternity.
